Attorney Mark C. Roles
Attorney Mark C. Roles is devoted to providing compassionate and aggressive legal advocacy for clients in Austin, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Round Rock and the greater central Texas area. He established The Law Offices of Mark C. Roles, P.C. in 2005.
Areas of Practice
75% of Mr. Roles’ practice focuses on family law, including terminations/adoptions, child support, child custody, divorce, enforcement actions and modifications. He also represents clients in personal injury cases involving auto & vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, product liability injuries, wrongful death claims, and nursing home neglect & abuse.
Mark C. Roles received his B.B.A. in Management from Texas A&M University in 1998. In 2001, he went on to graduate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in the top 12 percent of his class.
During his time in law school, Mark was on the Dean’s List and the National Dean’s List. He was also a member of Who’s Who in American Law Students, the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Fraternity, and was also a staff writer for the St. Mary’s Law Journal. Mark also had the privilege of being selected as a judicial intern for the United States District Court, Western District of Texas, San Antonio Division, Chambers of the Honorable Edward Prado (now Justice Prado, Fifth United States Circuit Court of Appeals). Mr. Roles was also extremely proud to serve as a legal intern for the United States Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, in Friedberg, Germany for an entire summer.
Admissions and Professional Memberships
Mr. Roles was admitted to practice law in Texas in 2001. He has also been licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas since 2004. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Austin Bar Association, the Travis County Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar Association.

Mr. Roles has been in private practice since 2005. Upon graduation and admission to the bar, he served as an in-house attorney for Providence Healthcare Network, located in Waco, Texas, during which time he gained valuable experience advising the company on regulatory compliance.
